The HT730B features Tama's original "Sit Tight" seat clamp, which clamps onto the top bar of the chair to keep it from wobbling. At the bottom of the threaded rod is a "Rocklok" which has a specially designed nylon bushing to prevent side-to-side movement inside the sole. This provides exceptional durability and stability while playing, giving you more time to focus on drumming and less time for distractions.

The ability to precisely adjust

The first seat can be adjusted quickly but still offers precise height adjustment. Loosening the latch allows you to quickly raise the chair to the approximate height you want, then the screw thread allows you to make small adjustments until you're completely satisfied. The Trio's kickstand is 32mm wider than previous models for greater stability and features a Plastic Foot Life foot attachment that reduces wear and tear on the rubber feet while extending their life. The foot itself is large (1.5 times larger than previous models), providing optimal strength and stability.
