With the XPS-10, you're not just limited to stock sounds - via USB flash memory, you can integrate your own customizations. Using the Sample Import function, a WAV audio file stored on USB memory can easily be imported to the keyboard, with all suitable notes assigned automatically. Multiple audio files can be imported and stored in the XPS-10's memory (up to a total of 32 MB), where you can use them in Patch or Performance modes. This provides a great way to personalize the keyboard with your favorite sounds and unique local tones.

XPS-10 with 6-key Audio Pads for playing WAV, AIFF, and MP3 audio files. Just load the USB memory with your favorite backing tracks, loops, and sound effects, and then trigger them from the six pads as you like. Loop points can be set for WAV and AIFF files, allowing them to be played continuously with just a press of the loop button. By organizing your audio files on USB memory, you can assign them to all six pads at once for different songs. Additionally, the pads can be used to play rhythms, providing convenient support for practice, jamming, and performance.

Sliders provide Sound Modification functionality that provides quick access to essential parameters such as cutoff, resonance, attack, and release, making it easy to shape your sound at all times. There are also sliders to adjust levels for layers and splits, for reverb and chorus effects, and Audio Pads.

Customize the keyboard with the User Scales function.

The XPS-10 includes User Scales, allowing you to customize keyboard adjustments as you wish. Each note can be adjusted individually, providing fine-grained control for a variety of ethnic music styles.
