The Tama Roadpro features a stick/straight convertible tilt device that allows you to play smaller venues without having to worry too much about space. The Quick Set Tilt mechanism is based on basic physical principles to place your cymbal in any desired position with ease. Using the friction of 6 metal discs, this mechanism has a much more durable structure than a conventional gear tilter.
The Glide-Tite grip joint secures the top half of the stand for height adjustment using a metal-to-metal contact. It provides a solid anchor and complete isolation for the tom or cymbal, allowing the instrument to resonate as freely as possible.
Cymbal installation is easy
Including a Quick Setup Cymbal Mate that allows you to easily mount and remove your cymbal at the touch of a button, the Roadpro is designed to keep your setup phase quick and time-saving. To adjust the cymbal's swinging motion, you can rotate the device to the desired level.
The inverted bottom is designed to protect the cymbal's center hole from the tilter's shaft and threads. If part of the nylon sleeve is worn out, simply turn it over to continue using it.
The sturdy double braced legs feature nylon grommets at the leg joints for improved durability and smoother leg action.
