Epiphone's new Inspired by Gibson™ collection proudly presents the Les Paul™ Standards 50s. This guitar recreates the sound of 1950s Les Pauls. The guitar is crafted with a Mahogany body, a Maple top, a 50s Mahogany neck with long tenon, and an Indian neck. Laurel features a classic trapezoidal mosaic, Epiphone's new Vintage Deluxe tuner. The critically acclaimed Epiphone ProBucker™ humbuckers duo.
The model is available in a gloss finish such as Metallic Gold, Vintage Sunburst and Heritage Cherry Sunburst. This Gibson Original-inspired Epiphone model also features a Kalamazoo twist-lock, round neck for comfortable playing.
Pickups ProBucker™ humbucker
Epiphone's Pich-up ProBucker™ system has become one of the most talked about pickups in the industry. It has convinced professionals, classicists and even luthiers to have worked with the best vintage models from the late 50s and early 60s. Epiphone ProBucker™ humbuckers are a no-brainer. a combination of 18% Nickel Silver and the same alloy used by Gibson at the Kalamazoo factory when the humbucker was first invented. The use of Nickel Silver stabilizes the current and the sensor faces are transparent and sharper. And these inductors (bobbins) are only used on ProBucker™ the size and shape of the industry gold standard, Gibson humbuckers. The Epiphone ProBucker™ Pickup also features sand-cast Alnico II magnets, high-quality 4-core conductors, and vacuum wax annealed to eliminate microacoustics.
