The wide-grained dark Ebony wood gives the instrument its most luxurious appearance and contrasts with the white Himalayan Spruce for the most notable aesthetics. Each top is braced with quarter-sawn Spruce and designed to produce good acoustics, producing rich warm Bass notes and soaring mids and highs. Ebony and Spruce complement each other, both are hard, strong woods with a reflective tone, while Tanglewood adds warmth and bass through its bracing pattern.
