Lars Ulrich is one of the great drummers in the metal genre, and this limited edition set from Tama is a replica of the Starclassic Maple set he played on the band's Worldwired Tour. Metallica music.

The Lars Ulrich Worldwired drum body combines strong, soulful Maple wood walls and a beautiful finish with over 40 years of hardware innovation from Tama. The drum wall is complemented by an Evans drum head. You'll get G2 (batter) and G1 (reso) on the tom for a time-proven studio set, and EQ4 on the bass drum for a full, punchy pre-EQ tone.

The drum shell is made of thin layered Maple wood, very strong and soulful.

The thin drum shell provides the highest energy transfer from the face to the drum. Unfortunately, thin cases also tend to be structurally weak, which can lead to warping. TAMA's solution is the thin cross-laminated structure of the Starclassic Maple shell, which, even with 6 and 8 layers, still only produces shells 5mm and 7mm thick, respectively. This produces a sensitive response and is even stronger than the thick shells of other manufacturers. And the Lars Ulrich Worldwired's intuitive, eye-catching finish adds to the drum set's appeal.
