Seamless DAW & Performance Control with Auto Mapping

It's simple to use the Oxygen Pro 25 controller with any DAW. Oxygen Pro 25's automatic effects such as Transport Control, Muffler, Channel Control (Arm Recording, Solo, Mute and Select), Control… are always ready for you. Whether you use Ableton, Pro Tools, MPC Beats, Cubase, Logic, Studio One, or any other major DAW, simply select your DAW in Oxygen Pro 25's and choose the correct profile in the DAW, its controls Oxygen Pro 25 will be completely integrated into your DAW! It also instantly connects to all virtual instruments included in Oxygen Pro 25's (Velvet, Mini Grand, Vacuum, Boom, DB33, Xpand! 2). Oxygen Pro 25's has full control over world-class Air Music Tech plugins and is used in real time as you create and mix your music.

Smart control

With Smart Chord and Smart Scale technology, it's never been easier to create music and translate what's in your imagination into what you hear from your computer!

When Smart Chord is activated, pressing a key or fret will play a full chord instead of just a single note. The key or accompaniment you press determines the root note in the chord. The rest of the chord properties (Major, Minor, and Vocal - 1,3,5; 1,3,7; 1,3,5,7, etc.) are determined by the setting you choose. Smart Chord also has a Custom Mode that allows you to define the chord structure to be assigned to each key by playing it manually. For example, if you select Custom Mode and play the 1-b3-5-b7 chord, every key will then be assigned to play this chord structure. The note of the key you press will act as the root of the chord and all parameters can be edited right on the Oxygen Pro 25!

The Oxygen Pro 25 also features smart Smart Scale technology. With Smart Scales, you can set up the keyboard so that only notes in the selected scale can be played. This allows you to play within a chosen scale without the risk of playing any “wrong” notes. You can choose from 16 different scale variations when assigning a scale to the keyboard. Smart Scale is easy to activate and deactivate, and lets you set the scale parameters you need to keep you focused on making music.

Built into Oxygen Pro 25 are features needed to create modern pop, electronic, hip hop and dance music. Note repeat and built-in Arpeggiator open up the world of precise music production and live sound engineering to make your music sound like a pro.

Note repeat lets you press and hold any custom-built M-Audio performance pad, and you'll hear a repeating rhythm pattern at a selectable note body. The Note Repeat feature can be activated momentarily or can be used in Latch mode. If you select Moment, holding the Repeat Note button will make the keyboard-played note repeat automatically. If you choose Latch mode, pressing any keyboard will make its specified note repeat without you having to hold down the Repeat Note button.

The built-in Arpeggiator will affect whatever you're playing on keys from any virtual instrument in your DAW. When Arpeggiator is activated, the keyboard plays back the keys pressed in sequence. Arpeggiator timing and tempo are based on your keyboard's time division and your keyboard or DAW's tempo setting. Each note in the arpeggio will be the length you chose for the time division setting; for example, if you choose 1/4, each note in the arpeggio will be a 1/4 note. This powerful tool can work in either Latch or Temporary mode, making it easy to unleash your creativity.

The M-Audio PrecisionTouch keyboard combines professional semi-weight action with advanced high-speed key scanning technology for an expressive playing experience. It features Channel Aftertouch, giving users more expression and control. Channel Aftertouch allows you to influence the sound of a virtual instrument plugin by continuously scanning how much pressure you apply to any key after the first press. This makes creating the mood, dynamism and emotions you want to convey in your music naturally and quickly.
