Ergonomic key layout (YBS-82/62/480).
The new key layout introduced on the YBS-82/62/480 prioritizes ergonomics. It can be played comfortably despite its larger size, resulting in superior playability.
Integrated key cylinder.
This style of key post adds just the right amount of resistance and makes the instrument make sound when you blow into it.
Teardrop-shaped front F key is adjustable.
Unique teardrop-shaped F-key improves playability. It is adjusted to the player's preferences.
Seesaw key.
The left-hand movement key is designed to increase playability as well as provide more comfort.
Two-point contact.
Two-point contact is used to enhance projection and free feedback when blowing.
Two-piece bell.
Two pieces of brass are joined together by the hands of craftsmen, then shaped into a bell by machine.

Separate key protection shield.
The independent key guards feature adjustable screw anchors for professional-style technique changes.
Low BC# bond strength is improved.
The innovative mechanism of the bass BC# connection ensures consistent closure of the C# key and promotes clear response from notes in the instrument's low range.
