Casio's latest Privias have been designed with the concept of "In harmony with life" - for those who value design alongside modern technology and quality. The PX-S5000 combines this approach with previous Privia pianos. Similar to the PX-S1000 and PX-S3000, the sleek and sophisticated top mimics the top of a grand piano. The case is only slightly wider than the keys, taking up less space.

Natural keyboard.

The PX-S5000 is equipped with a high quality keyboard - newly developed, hybrid keyboard made from both plastic and wood. The control technology combined with the mechanism provides the most natural actions. The weighted keys are graded, providing varying levels of resistance along the keyboard to accurately represent the sound of an acoustic piano. This is also achieved through touch sensitivity, which ensures that your typing force is perfectly described.

Quality Casio sound.

The PX-S5000 comes with a wide variety of tones for you to play, including three grand piano sounds. Casio's exclusive, multi-dimensional Morphing AiR sound source, focused on emulating the sound of an acoustic piano, ensures a flawless listening experience. With the included digital effects and sound simulators, you can recreate the environments and instruments you want to hear. The two built-in speakers also play your sound accurately with the spatial sound system.

Casio music space.

The PX-S5000 has an included Bluetooth adapter that can be connected to your phone using the Casio music space app. This gives you access to new possibilities with your Casio products, regardless of your playing ability. It can be used as a learning aid with a huge library of songs that you can play along with. Each note and its duration are displayed visually in the piano roll making it easy to find the right note and see how a piece of music is written. If you are more confident with reading music then you can try the score mode - use the built-in score or enter your own score to play along! Flipping pages can be done with a pedal so you can focus fully on your reading and playing.

The live concert simulator will simulate the reverberation of a real concert space with a number of different settings so that you will feel like you are performing in various concert venues. Now you can also quickly and easily access your digital piano or keyboard's settings using the app. No more remembering keystrokes and buttons to change settings - you can now change them in an intuitive and easy-to-use menu found in Casio Music Space.
