Covered with a beautiful decorative layer of bocote, the body is made of American basswood. The Ibanez AZ224BCG shape provides a balanced feel, while the contoured neck allows players to easily hit higher notes. In addition, the Gotoh T1502 2-way tremolo allows for perfect intonation changes in solos or riffs.

The Ibanez Premium AZ224BCG Maple neck increases stability, durability, and is resistant to water and temperature changes. Extremely comfortable to play, the key edge is finished in a smooth curve from finger to wrist. The guitar's C-shaped neck hugs your hand on the lower frets, while providing "feel" on the higher notes. The luminescent side dots make it easy to play in places with dark stage lights.

Additionally, Ibanez's dyna-MIX 9 switching system offers 9 different transitions via mini transfer switches and 5-way reversing switches.

Gotoh T1502 tremolo provides excellent stability.

Developed in collaboration with Gotoh, AZ224BCG's T1502 is easy to use thanks to the T1502's socket and hold, torque adjuster that allows it to be adjusted without the need for any tools. Which tool? The screws and rivets of the T1502 are locked in place, stably helping to increase the resonance of the sound.
