In 1981, a young musician named Michel Láng decided to make electric guitars in the south of France.

After thousands of electric guitars were created to serve the pleasure of French guitarists, Michel Lâg had a meeting with Algam that changed the fortunes of the Lâg factory. Algam has transformed Lâg's guitar factory from what was originally a small guitar factory, then it has become one of the big names in the field of musical instruments. And with her magic wand, she turned the French electric guitar maker into a thriving acoustic guitar brand.

In 2016, the famous French luthier Maurice Dupont appeared. His arrival at the Lag factory was a real revolution. With the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), he transformed 110 workers into 110 dedicated luthiers.
