The 4-MASS design in the Blue Lava Original EQ FreeBoost enhances soundboard vibration, delivering a full and balanced tone.
The reinforced internal structure extends low-frequency vibration toward the end of the soundboard and creates more space for high-frequency vibration around the sound hole.
Optimizing material use and manufacturing techniques remains a focus throughout Lava. They replace wood with recyclable HPL to reduce deforestation and produce products through automated production lines to prevent industrial waste. This makes the Blue Lava Original EQ FreeBoost environmentally friendly while maintaining high performance.
HPL stands for High Pressure Laminate. It is a composite material that can withstand temperatures from -4 ℉ to 122 ℉ and humidity from 10% to 90%. With a body constructed of HPL, the Blue Lava is lightweight, weatherproof and easy to maintain.
Integrated effects: FreeBoost technology on the L2 Pickup turns the back of the soundboard into a speaker. You can use effects (reverb, delay, chorus...) without connecting to an external amp.
Soundboard tapping effect: Pickup L2 has a built-in mic to receive sound. It enhances and amplifies the sound when you strike the soundboard with your fingers.
