Domingo Esteso is considered one of the greatest Spanish luthiers of the 20th century, with a career that began in the 1890s and continued into the 1930s.
Created after extensive research on Domingo Esteso's guitars, the Luthier Select Esteso reflects the light and responsive sound produced by the Spanish luthier's famous guitars.
Featuring a Canadian Cedar top, delicately hand-carved Spruce bracing combines with a high-quality wood top to reproduce the full, intact sound typical of Esteso's hand-crafted guitars. .
The solid Pau Ferro back and sides offer the tones of Rosewood but with a lighter weight and beautiful look.
The Flamed Maple trim and uniquely patterned soundhole inlay, an intricate pattern reserved only for Esteso's top instruments, complement the rich color of the Pau Ferro wood.
The Estesto is finished with an ultra-thin Polyurethane coating to protect the guitar without hindering soundboard vibrations.
Complete with the included Archtop Deluxe Humidified case, the Cordoba Esteso offers players the opportunity to enjoy the exemplary sound and feel of one of history's foremost luthiers.
