The Yamaha SA2200 is an evolution of the traditional semi-acoustic guitar. Crafted with a solid block of wood for enhanced feedback and sustained sustain, the body is capable of producing everything from mellow to powerful jazz sounds. Custom Alnico V pickups are paired with dual push/push coil taps, allowing for quick and seamless switching between Single-Coil and Humbucker operation, while also providing massive tonal variation.
The beautiful appearance is exactly what you would expect from a Yamaha product. The SA2200's beautiful Maple body is complemented by a beautifully inlaid Ebony fingerboard. This guitar's tonal excellence is matched by its ease of use, thanks to the TOM bridge for increased sustain, easy tuning, and the deadbolt bridge for added tuning stability. You can control the sound with the front and rear volume and tone controls managed via push switches.
