The Grand Auditorium body design was the first factor that helped solidify Taylor's position in the ranks of professional guitar makers around the world. It is the same width and depth as the Dreadnought but has a narrower waist, giving the guitar a sleeker profile and adding more treble.

The contoured body of the Grand Auditorium makes the player extremely comfortable both sitting and standing. Plus, the Acoustic Taylor 324E's Grand Auditorium body shape focuses and sharpens every note for incredible sound quality.

Since ancient times, Mahogany wood has always been trusted for many types of musical instruments (drums, guitars...). With the soundboard structure made entirely of Tropical Mahogany wood, the sound will become thick, warm, and full. in mid-range. The sound quality is a bit darker than the regular Spruce wood surface.

When playing strumming style, the guitar still retains the typical Treble sound of the Taylor brand.
